Costume orders placed September 28–November 11 are eligible for a size exchange only — returns aren't accepted during peak Halloween season. It's the one time of year we tighten the policy, simply because a worn costume can't be resold. Outside that window, our standard policy applies: exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and still has its tags and original packaging. Wrong item or a manufacturing defect? That's on us — we'll make it right no matter the date. Start any return or exchange through our returns portal, or email info@sohotclubwear.com and we'll walk you through it.
Both — our costumes are built to work for Halloween parties, costume contests, and cosplay alike. Whether you're headed to a Halloween bash, a convention, a themed photoshoot, or a meetup, this is a piece made to hold up under real wear, not a flimsy one-and-done. Scary was never really your style — sexy was always the better costume.
Our costumes run XS through 3XL, with plus-size styles included, not an afterthought. Check the size chart on this page for exact measurements before you order. Most of our costumes fit close to the body, so if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up — especially during Halloween season, when exchanges are limited to a size swap, not a full return.
As fast as next-day — choose 1-Day Express Shipping at checkout and your costume can arrive the business day after it ships. We fulfill orders within 1–2 business days from our Wilton Manors, FL warehouse, then you pick the speed: Standard Shipping (3–5 business days, free on orders $99+), USPS Priority Shipping for a quicker turnaround, or 1-Day Express Shipping when your event is tomorrow and you can't wait. October moves fast — costume sizes and styles sell out well before the 31st — so if you're cutting it close, that's exactly what express shipping is there for. Questions about timing? Email info@sohotclubwear.com and we'll help you pick the right option.
Check the product description above for the exact piece count — every costume listing spells out precisely what's included, whether that's just the main piece or a full set with accessories like gloves, headwear, or props. If a piece isn't listed in the description, it isn't included. Still not sure what you're getting? Email us at info@sohotclubwear.com before you order and we'll confirm.
Yes — size exchanges are always available, including during Halloween season (Sept. 28–Nov. 11), when a size swap is the one exchange option we can offer. Outside that window, unworn items with tags attached also qualify for store credit within 30 days. Start yours anytime through our returns portal — it only takes a couple minutes.
We've been the go-to for daring, well-made costumes since 2012 — independently owned, not a seasonal pop-up. Where the big-box aisle stops at flimsy and forgettable, we design for XS–3XL, build pieces that survive more than one night out, and stand behind every order with a real person answering the email. To flaunt is not a crime — least of all on Halloween.
