In SoHot Clubwear you will find that we only quality brands that are made to the highest standards. Our top level stylists curate each and every product that we sell on our site. This means that we physically look at the quality of each and every item that we sell on our site to ensure that not only is it stylish, but also made well. Our support staff pays special attention to all the details to make sure you get a product you adore!!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in new condition and we will be happy to exchange it- or provide you a store credit. Please, never hesitate to contact us; your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Shipping Policy

All of our orders will be processed within 48 hours. With cooperation with logistic companies, we can ship all of our packages in real time to anywhere worldwide. If an item is out of stock, it generally ships between 12-25 days from date of order.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

If you live in the United States, our "Free Standard Shipping" option is U.S.P.S. first class mail which generally takes 3-5 business days. We will contact you and provide you the tracking number once the package ships out. We can update the shipping status for you as you request. When we provide you a tracking number, it can be tracked at www.usps.com. 

Meanwhile, if you need the item urgently, at your cost, we also can provide Express Couriers (FedEx, DHL, USPS). The shipping transit usually takes 1-3 business days depending on service selected.

If you are willing to insure your shipment for the full value of the purchase, please notify us so we can charge you the upgraded shipping insurance cost. If insurance is not added to your order, “SoHot Clubwear“ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or any missed delivery shipping.

International Shipping

Under our STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY, all of our products will be shipped by air mail. Normally it will take 12 to 25 business days for the package to arrive by air mail. We will contact you and provide you the tracking number once the package ships out. We can update the shipping status for you as you request.  When we provide you a tracking number, it can be tracked at www.usps.com.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES are FINAL. No returns or exchanges

We are not responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.sohotclubwwear.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches its country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

About Returns & Terms

We attach importance to the quality of product and services, so before sending the parcel out, we have to double check the product and packaging it by ourselves.

1. How to deal with a defective item?
    We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help. 
    First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. 
    Second: All items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags, in order to qualify for a exchange. 

2. Can I return and exchange an item?

    Yes, please return the item to: SoHot Clubwear Exchanges, 200 NW 29th Street, #A103, Wilton Manors, Fl, 33311.  We offer the option to exchange your order, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 30 day window of delivery. We do not offer store credit on exchanges, and you must use the full value of your credit at the time. Once received we will inspect that the product is not damaged or worn. All items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags, in order to qualify for a exchange. If unworn and undamaged, we will ship the new product as soon as possible. Please email us at sohotclubwear954@gmail.com and notify us of your exchange/return.. 

General Questions

Do your products come in different sizes?
Currently, we have sizes including Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large for most of our clothes. All sizes available will be displayed on the product page with appropriate sizing charts.


How do all the sizes vary from S, M, L, XL?
Take a look at the item's page for size measurements. These measurements are general guidelines for fitting. Fit will vary depending on personal preference such as how tight/loose, exposure/coverage, etc. Email us for more info on sizing for your size and body type.


Are alterations offered on the clothes?
No, regretfully not. The clothes were manufactured for better quality and faster order fulfillment so they are all pre-made and therefore cannot be altered.

Do you offer baby or children clothes?
Not at this moment. Hopefully in the future we will be able to offer those sizes, but currently only women's sizes XS-XXL are available.

We know that you care how your information is used, and we appreciate your trust that we will use it carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting us, you are accepting the privacy policy described below.
1. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Information You Provide. We receive and store information you enter. For example, when you buy a dress, or when you supply information such as your email address. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our website, and communicating with you.

Special Offers. We may send you special offers form time to time, unless you choose to "opt-out" of receiving such offers. We will not sell your email address or other information to any other company.

Law Enforcement. If we receive a lawful court order to release account or other personal information then we will comply with the law. We will also release information when necessary to protect the life, safety or property of others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

3. How Do We Protect the Security of Your Information?
We work with Shopify to process orders and payment information. All transactions are done on Shopify's secure site. 

4. Your Choice: Opt-in or Opt-out.
It is your choice whether to receive emails or special offers from us. If you would like to opt please reply to an email offer with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

5. Children
We do not sell products or services to children. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

6. Other Websites
Various Web sites may be linked to from this site. If you link to another site, your privacy depends on the policy of that site. We strongly urge you to check their privacy policy. Not all sites guarantee that they will not share your personally identifiable information with others. You may also wish to consult privacy guidelines such as those recommended by the Online privacy Alliance (www.privacyalliance.org).

Taking Measurements
After determining the type of clothing to purchase, you will need to find you measurements because, as there are varied designs and sizes of swimwear, one size clearly will not fit all.

Start by measuring your bust size. Make sure to measure around the fullest part of your bust and round up the measurements to the nearest whole number, say 36 inches for a 35-1/2 inch measurement.

Measure your waist by bending to one side and taking note of the natural point at which an angle is made. Put your index finger in this area, stand straight and wound the tape measure around your waist at the level of your finger. Keep the tape measure snug and round off the measurement to the nearest whole number.

Measure your hips by placing the tape measure just below the widest point in your hips, usually right under the hip bone.

Now, depending on your measurements, you will find that our clothes come in different sizes. You won't have to worry anymore because there are resources to help you find your fit based on your measurements. If you find your measurements to be in-between sizes, you will have to go for the larger size if you intend to use the clothes more for fashion or fitness and smaller if you intend to compete in it.

Do you mail catalogs?
We do not currently offer any mailing catalogs. All of our products can be viewed online. For more product information and to receive special offers and updates, you can sign up for our newsletter. To sign up for our weekly newsletter.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! We love to send our products to you. Does not matter where you are! For more information on special shipping, including methods and pricing go to the checkout page.

How should I take care of the clothes I purchase?
Wash separately, drip dry and do not bleach.
