Costume orders placed September 28–November 11 are eligible for a size exchange only — returns aren't accepted during peak Halloween season. It's the one time of year we tighten the policy, simply because a worn costume can't be resold. Outside that window, our standard policy applies: exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and still has its tags and original packaging. Wrong item or a manufacturing defect? That's on us — we'll make it right no matter the date.
