Costume orders placed September 28–November 11 are eligible for a size exchange only — returns aren't accepted during peak Halloween season. It's the one time of year we tighten the policy, simply because a worn costume can't be resold. Outside that window, our standard policy applies: exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and still has its tags and original packaging. Wrong item or a manufacturing defect? That's on us — we'll make it right no matter the date. Our costumes run XS through 3XL, with plus-size styles included, not an afterthought. Check the size chart on this page for exact measurements before you order. Most of our costumes fit close to the body, so if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up — especially during Halloween season, when exchanges are limited to a size swap, not a full return.
